An Attitude of Gratitude – Celebrating Women World Wide

Often our days are a juggling act, and as women we learn to balance strength and flexibility, to explore the yin and the yang, the dark and the light … the Power and the Peace that is essentially Shakti Shanti.

For Women’s Day … (FYI …for us every day is women’s day!) we want to share simple tools to help you design your best day, every day!

It all begins with owning your morning which results in elevating your life!

It has been scientifically proven that when you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.

Starting your morning strong is essential.

Gratitude is a mindset. However, it is also a set of ACTIONS!

Here is a simple morning gratitude practice, it is a 3 step, 3-minute practice that can be done anywhere!

Here’s HOW:

  1. Choose something big in your life that you are grateful for
    Example: Family, Health
  2. Choose something small that you are grateful for
    Example: A hot cup of tea on a cold day
  3. Physically send out a message of gratitude in your life to someone who you are grateful for
    Example: “Hey Mom just want to say I love you and am so grateful to have you in my life Thank YOU!”

What we focus on in life, is what we will experience’

The physical health benefits of gratitude are:

  • Better Sleep
  • Heart Health
  • More drive to exercise
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Healthier relationships

As women let’s begin to take the action of a daily gratitude practice and as we do so we will naturally inspire others to the same.
