How long does shipping take?

Within South Africa shipping is 3-5 working days. We generally manage to main a 3 day turn around however guarantee you will have your purchase in 5 days.

 

Internationally we take longer. Although we have never lost a parcel and our parcels are traceable, we have found the most cost effective way to send garments internationally is via the post office and this takes up to 6 weeks. We have had times when the garments have arrived sooner, however there seems to be no rule as to how that came about. We are exploring the courier option, however the shipping costs will be more expensive.

Do you ship Internationally?

Shakti Shanti ships to most destinations around the world via the South African Post Office. When entering your address details in the shopping cart please ensure you select the correct country from the drop down menu. Shakti Shanti does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

What are your terms of sales online?

Because we understand that there is a risk involved with shopping online, for items purchased at Full  Price, we do allow exchanges and gift vouchers equal to the value paid for the item or full refunds, as long as the items are returned to us within 14 days and as long as the garments are returned in perfect condition with the tags still intact.

 

Sale items may be returned for either an exchange or gift voucher which will be valid for 12 months. 

 

If the item(s) are deemed to have a manufacturing fault a refund may be issued. 

 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges to clearly state that the item(s) were purchased from www.shaktishantiyogawear.com.  

 

With regards to exchanges, the exchange will only be shipped once the originals are received in the warehouse. 

 

Cost of courier back to Shakti Shanti is for the client’s account. Shakti Shanti will cover the courier of the exchanged garments.

What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?

This means the garment has sold out and is no longer available in the warehouse, however, there is a chance we can find this garment in a boutique, so it is always worthwhile sending an email to info@shaktishantiyogawear.com to find out. 

 

There are also times when we are remaking certain designs in which case we can put your order on hold to secure it for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We are happy to accept Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Card), EFT (Direct Bank Transfer) and Cash (if you can hand it in person to a Shakti Shanti Boutique or Head Office in South Africa)

Is it safe to use my credit card at checkout?

Yes, shopping at www.shaktishantiyogawear.com is safe and secure.

 

Transactions are processed through the secure Paygate payment facility. To protect cardholder data Paygate complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). How do I use a coupon code?

You will be provided with special code that you will enter at checkout or on the cart page.

Can I make a change to an existing order?

Once payment has been confirmed and an order has been shipped you cannot make changes. However it is always worthwhile calling or emailing head office to find out if a courier has arrived to collect the parcel. Remember you are our priority and we will happily make the changes if it is within our power.

How can I track the status of my order?

Once the status of your order has been changed to completed, our team will send you an email with a tracking number. Please follow the link provided, and copy and paste your tracking number into the relevant box.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders that have been shipped and paid for cannot be cancelled.

Why am I being charged by customs when I already paid for shipping?

Some countries outside of South Africa will charge a tax and/or duty fee on the import of goods. Unlike many larger international shops, we are unable to calculate your country’s tax and/or duty fees.
