Shakti Shanti™ does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any digital platform linked to www.shaktishantiyogawear.com.
Shakti Shanti™ reserves the right to reject or cancel an order at any time providing fair reason such as website malfunction, fraud, spam and so forth.
In this instance, all reasonable efforts will be made to contact the purchaser on the details provided with the transaction and all monies received will be refunded using the original payment method within 7 days.
The official currency used for all transactions on www.shaktishantiyogawear.com is the South African Rands (ZAR) and includes 15% VAT).
This is applied to all orders containing a South African shipping address.
When an order is made for goods to be sent outside of South Africa , the official export rules will apply and the VAT component of the price will be removed and the checkout price will be exclusive of VAT.
This will adjust automatically at checkout when your shipping location and country is entered.
In this instance; we recommend that our international customers check with their customs office prior to ordering to clarify the importing costs that may be liable at your destination country. According to the www.aramexglobalshopper.com website, one can anticipate up to 45 % customs and 15 % VAT on international clothing items orders.
We are however Euro compliant so expect no duties coming into Europe, however clearance and your countries VAT will apply.
Shakti Shanti™ ships to most destinations around the world via Aramex. If you can select your address at checkout, we are happy to share that this means we can deliver to you! If your address cannot be entered please enter an alternative delivery address that does check through our shopping cart system.
Aramex are not able to deliver to POST BOX addresses, so please provide a physical delivery address. You can expect to receive your parcel within 5-15 working days from date of dispatch.
Our international shipping charges are transport costs only and does not include duties, customs or VAT applicable to your country.
Shakti Shanti™ does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.A mentioned above, we are however Euro compliant and therefore a Euro certificate will accompany all shipments going into Europe, exempting duties.
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Your beautiful garments are sent with love and are dispatched within 3 working days on confirmation of your order and provided all items are in stock.
We will contact you via email and offer an alternative garment suggestion or refund should an item not be available.
ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS
Your goods will be sent by us with the utmost care and our team carefully checks for any faults or defects. However, we do ask that our customers, on receiving order also inspect the goods for any fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Shakti Shanti™ immediately.

Shakti Shanti™ GIFT CARDS
Should it be your intention to gift some of our beautiful garments and spread ‘The Power of Peace” which is central to all we do here at Shakti Shanti – digital Gift Cards are available for purchase on www.shaktishantiyogawear.com.
Shakti Shanti™ digital gift cards are sent via email to the designated recipient and valid for use in both Shakti Shanti™ owned retail stores or online at www.shaktishantiyogawear.com.
Gift Cards are treated by Shakti Shanti™ as a financial instrument for payment.
Shakti Shanti™ Gift Cards include VAT.
Gift Card purchase amounts are not pre-defined and as the customer you are free to choose the amount you wish to gift.
Shakti Shanti™ does not accept cancellations on Gift Cards once payment has been processed.
Gift cards are non refundable (in part or in full amount paid) nor are they redeemable for cash.
