If you would like to refund or exchange our garments we offer the following options:

  • an Exchange
  • Gift Card 
  • Refund (Full price garments only we regret no refunds on sale items

on all purchases returned to Head Office  or any Retail Shakti Shanti™  Store within 8 days of purchase / receiving them. 

It is important that:

  • the garments are returned in perfect condition and have not been used.
  • The product tags remain attached and in original condition. 
  • Proof of purchase accompanies the return.

We reserve the right to not accept an exchange or refund should the above conditions not be met.

Sale and Discounted Item(s) purchased from Shakti Shanti™ Boutiques are not eligible for refunds or returns. So please ensure your size is correct when purchasing in store.

For ladies with longer legs, we also have XL leggings – so do lookout for those.

Sale Item(s) purchased online are not eligible for refunds however size exchanges may be considered if an alternative size is available and shipping costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.



We recommend that you return items using a trackable postage method and recommend and prefer The Courier Guy, Postnet or Aramex for returns within South Africa. 

Shakti Shanti™ will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. 

Once we receive your return parcel back you will be sent an email confirmation and your request will be processed within 14 days thereafter.

Please note that the cost to return items to Head Office is at the customer’s expense.


The Shakti Shanti™  Guarantee

Every Shakti Shanti™ garment goes through strict quality control checks by our various teams. However all garments are handmade and hand checked and thus due to human error a factory or fabric flaw may occur.

Shakti Shanti™ accepts responsibility for all manufacture faults.

Should an item be faulty or not of acceptable quality to you, you may be entitled to a credit, a replacement, or a refund at our loving and fair discretion. 

If you believe there is a manufacture fault with the item you have received, please either take it to your local Shakti Shanti™ boutique or return it to Head Office together with proof of purchase. 

The cost to return items to Head Office for manufacture faults, will be at Shakti Shanti™ ’s expense.


External Stockists

Shakti Shanti™ products purchased through external stockists, are in accordance with the individual stockist’s purchase policy and, as such, purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase.  Please contact the particular stockist in this regard.  However if there is a complaint regarding a Shakti Shanti outlet please do get in touch with us so we can see how we can help.
