This yoga accessory has been designed for creating some heaviness over the eyes during Savasana (relaxation posture) and thus stopping the eyes from flickering and ensuring a deep relaxation experience.
The eye bags are filled with rice which some believe wards off negative energy. You can choose to drip a few drops of your favorite essential oil on the logo, to assist you in calming down. Ensure that if you do, you always put eye bag on logo side up.
